Glasses Delivery Service Simplified

At SpecsOnline, we want to deliver your glasses with speed, accuracy, and care. Once you’ve placed your order, we get straight to work. For standard delivery, most orders are processed and delivered within 7 business days. However, for high-prescription orders that require extra precision, delivery may take 7–10 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Of course, we try to meet delivery timelines, but please note that some delays beyond our control (such as carrier issues or severe weather). These may occasionally occur when using our glasses delivery service.

 

Returns Made Easy

We want you to absolutely love your new glasses. If they’re not quite right, we’ve made the return process straightforward. Items can be returned within within 30 days of delivery (provided they’re in their original, unused condition).

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned items. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email info@specsonline.co with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps. We will provide the address for returns and any additional instructions. When you return an item, it’s a good idea to use the original packaging so the glasses are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Mistakes happen, and we’re here to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong specifications, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Send an email to info@specsonline.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and work quickly to resolve it (that could mean sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation).

 

Exchanges

Looking to swap your specs for a different style or color? Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the same eligibility criteria as returns. Email our support team to get started, and we’ll assist you with the process.

 

Refund Timelines

Once your return is processed, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have any concerns about the status of your refund, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
